DELIVERY
When do I need to order by?
For same day delivery your order needs to be placed by 12pm. Flowers can also be pre-ordered for any future date to avoid missing out.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Bendigo and surrounding areas. You can check if we deliver to your postcode using the postcode checker on the cart page.
If your postcode isn’t listed, we may not currently deliver to your location—but feel free to reach out! We’re always happy to see if a special arrangement can be made.
What are your delivery times?
We deliver Monday to Saturday
10am - 3pm for schools
10am - 5pm for commercial addresses
10am - 6pm for residential addresses
All delivery times are approximate.
What if no one is home for the delivery?
If the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot near the entrance—provided it’s safe to do so. All arrangements are delivered with a temporary water source to keep them fresh.
If the property is inaccessible, the address is incorrect, or there’s no suitable place to leave the bouquet, the flowers will be returned to our studio. In this case, redelivery will need to be arranged at the sender’s expense.
Can I request a specific time?
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate special delivery time requests, we can’t guarantee an exact delivery window.
Our deliveries typically begin after 11am each day. If the recipient won’t be home, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot. For time-sensitive deliveries, please leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Can I change my order?
Need to make changes to your order? Life happens—we get it! You can email us at hello@petalandbloomflowerstudio.com.au, submit an enquiry via the Conact Us page or call 0481 882 619 as soon as you can. We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, but please try to give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Will I get a notification when my flowers are delivered?
Unfortunately, we don’t have an automated tracking system as we’re a small team. However, if you’d like an update on your delivery, feel free to give us a call at the studio—we’re always happy to help!

What varieties of flowers will be in my arrangement?
Some of our signature blooms include premium Australian Grandiflora roses, snapdragons, lisianthus, and alstroemeria, just to name a few.
Will my arrangement look the same as the picture?
Every arrangement is one-of-a-kind, thoughtfully designed with a focus on quality and elegance.
As our arrangements are guided by seasonal and market availability. If you have specific flower preferences or requests, feel free to email us directly—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How does your gift card work?
Once purchased, the digital gift card is instantly sent to the recipient via email. Each card comes with a unique code that can be entered at checkout to apply the gift card value to an order.
There’s no rush—our gift cards never expire.
